Personal Profile
Qiu Jiachen, male, Han Nationality, born in Ninghua County of Fujian Province, joined the workforce in July 1993, CPC member, graduated from the department of accounting, Zhongnan University of Economics and Law with a bachelor degree in accounting, and earned a master degree in Monetary Economics and Banking from Jinan University, senior accountant.
Qiu Jiachen served successively as Director of the Finance Department and Chief Accountant at GAA; Chief Economist and Party Committee member of GAA; Deputy General Manager and Party Committee member of GAA; Chairman of the Board and Party Committee Secretary of GBIAC.
