Guan Yibo, male, Han Nationality, born in Xinhui County of Guangdong Province, joined the workforce in August 1984, CPC member, graduated from the Department of World Economy, Shanghai University of Finance and Economics with a major in international finance and a bachelor degree in economics, senior economist.

Guan Yibo served successively as Vice General Manager and Manager of the Financial Business Department of Guangzhou International Trust & Investment Corporation; Assistant to General Manager and Vice General Manager of Guangzhou International Trust & Investment Corporation; Vice Chairman and General Manager of Guangzhou International Trust & Investment Corporation; Chairman, ad-hoc Party Committee Secretary, the first Party Committee Secretary and the second Party Committee Secretary of Guangzhou International Holding Group Co., Ltd.; and Board member and Vice General Manager of GAA.
