In charge of communication with Jieyang Chaoshan Airport, Zhanjiang Airport, Meixian Airport and Huizhou Airport.

Ma Xinhang, male, Han Nationality, born in Huaiyang County of Henan Province, joined the workforce in November of 1975, CPC member, graduated from the Party School of CPC Guangzhou Provincial Committee with a master degree in economics, political officer.

Ma Xinhang served successively as the Party Committee Secretary and Vice Chairman of GBIAC Aviation Passenger and Cargo Service Company; Vice General Manager and Party member of GBIAC; Vice General Manager and Party Committee member of GAA; Board member, General Manager and Deputy Party Committee Secretary of GBIAC; Board member, Vice General Manager and Party Committee member of GAA.
