Deng Zhiyong, male, Han Nationality, born in Yangshan County of Guangdong Province, joined the workforce in July 1995, CPC member, graduated from the School of Political and Administrative Sciences, Xiamen University with a major in administrative management and a bachelor degree in law.

Deng Zhiyong served successively as a deputy director-level Secretary at Guangdong Provincial Discipline Inspection Commission; deputy director-level disciplinary inspector and supervisor respectively at the Supervision Department and Reception Department of the General Office of Guangdong Provincial Discipline Inspection Commission; Director of the Administrative Reception Division of Guangdong Provincial Discipline Inspection Commission; director-level Deputy Director General of the General Office of Guangdong Provincial Discipline Inspection Commission; director-level Deputy Director General of Office No. 1 of Guangdong Provincial Discipline Inspection Commission; Party Committee member and Secretary of Commission for Discipline Inspection of GAA.
